have 5c generate VFP instructions #58

5c should generate VFP instructions which are the "standard way" of doing 
floating point.
Unlike the current FPU (FPA?), there are cores which actually have a hardware 
VFP (e.g. omap).
No idea how much work is necessary, will break binary compatibility.
