I vote for removing timezone support, timezones are a stupid pain in the ass, 
everyone should use UTC.

If you have any kind of net-social life you can no more remove timezones than 
you can remove Flash.

Not a bug in the timezone file, and system is now reporting the correct time. 
Closing; if it's a bug which only appears on Wednesdays in August I don't see 
how we can debug it.
