Rar Files in modding #168

I have a small question and idk if im stupid or something. Is it possible to use rar files as mods? i see a lot of mods (genshin impact mods) on gamebanana and most of them are rar files but when i put them into the mods folder they do not work.

Use 7zip or winrar to extract them.
