TagWithSpaces does not look at suite settings 'Force Tags' and 'Default Tags' #40

TagWithSpaces only looks at the [Tags] setting for a test. It does not look at 'Force Tags' or 'Default Tags'. It may be worth documenting that on the description of the rule.
