Seed maximum length isn't checked #16

I was able to create a match with a seed length over 25 characters: https://www.boardgamers.space/game/--

I didn't setup a local testing environment yet so I'm not sure how badly this could affect BGS. Game id is checked, so this only happens with the seed string.

Hey, I transferred the issue to the correct repo - BGS & Gaia Project are separate :)
