Enable timeout protection w/ long downtime #5

Find a way to not drop players if the website has been out for a long downtime.

A simple way is to require another of the players to drop out the inactive player, via a button.

Also fix: do not increase the time for the dropped player when dropping them out.

We can also include options for less time

It's mostly done by having the autodrop disabled
