Add filters on game lists (especially lobby)

I'd drop the option to search for the elo/karma of the game creator - that's rather confusing. Only search for karma, elo range of the game (see #56).

Ok, for info, you can alredy only see games that you can join. If you don't have enough karma for a game, it doesn't appear in the lists.
