Nevlas's resources being counted too much in charts #319

A user reported that with 4pw in last bowl, they get 5 VP in the prediction charts, when they should get only 2. They surmise that instead of 1pw=2 gold, the charts count 1pw = 4 gold

it's not only the charts - the bug is also for the final score. I'll fix it today.
