upgrade:

jest -> vitest

hooks:

we aim for high test coverage. some parts maybe still require to include more data into tests. tokens:
handwriting tests for constant values maybe tedious so our best approach is to use snapshot testing. when something breaks we will see exact lines and values that change.

Summary: we try to test most of the app's business logic. Tokens is a critical part of our app. These tests will come in handy when we will go superchain - tokenlist.json most likely will change and these test will help us capturing what changed exactly. this is an addition to previously tested bridge and staking hooks
