Set up Test

[x] create test ssh key and add it as test data (unencrypted where usualy git-crypt files reside)
[x] mount ssh key into container
[x] set up test ssh server (with test containers?)
[x] connect to test ssh server via docker compose file
[x] create test files and add them to backup and mirror list

create functionality

[x] Create real Backup list for: data, secrets
[x] Create real Archive list for images
[x] Create real ssh key and add it git-crypted
