Implement Landing Page Blog Carousel

User Story

As a website visitor I want to have a glance at the latest blog posts on the landing page in order to know what RU-I-Tech has been up to, without having to go to the blogs page.

Acceptance Criteria

• the carousel is a separate React component from the landing page itself
• the carousel looks similar to figma design
• there is mockdata for the carousel to show it's s´functionality
• component is added to empty landing page see #21
