As a user I want to see what RU-I-Tech is about on the landing page.

Acceptance Criteria

is implemented in a separate component from the landing page
is implemented according to the Figma design
is filled with mock-text
component is added to empty landing page, (see https://github.com/bob606/RU-I-Tech-Website/issues/21)
