Correct icon names for automatic detection of endeavouros #41

The icons for EndeavourOS have incorrectly been named os_endeavour as opposed to os_endeavouros meaning automatic detection fails. This PR fixes automatic detection and makes this repo match how other themes have named their EndeavourOS icons.
