Two appointments to a provider in the same time with different services #50

Created the appointment for a provider when he is appointed for another service 
in the same time using Backend.

for instance. if a provider is giving MASSAGE service to a client on 3:00pm on 
10 November, at the same date on 3:00PM admin can appoint this provider for 
some other service too. i believe it should not be created there should be some 
prevention.

used Easy!Appointments v1.0
