Overview

Minor updates to bundler (synced with upstream 0.6.0)

Changes

Incorporates the following changes from upstream

RANDOM and PREVRANDAO is added to banned opcodes
adds 10% gas increase requirements for maxFeePerGas in replacement opcode
slice size on tracer changed (currently we however do not use tracer since its not supported)
waits for userReceipts if requested
support BN for nonce
expose BaseAccountAPI on aa-sdk

Testing

integration-tests should pass
