fix: prove withdrawals still fail for some users #539

some users might still be impacted even after the fix intuition: this could be because of the token address (l2eth/weth) switch and users who initiated before.

Issues has been fixed under the PR. https://github.com/bobanetwork/gateway/pull/537 and changes are available on staging.
