plugin coverage test read-only package #372

The plugin cover does not care if the dir of the package is read-only or not. 
This cause exception when the coverage try to analyse packages in 
/usr/lib/python when in ZCA project.

I'm using nose 0.11.1 on debian system.

There is a patch witch exclude read-only dir for being tested
