Documentation erroneously indicates unittest.TestCase subclasses can't define class fixtures #425

Denying unittest.TestCase subclasses the right to define class-level fixtures 
doesn't seem to be a desirable feature anyway, so the documentation should be 
changed. The attached patch removes the prohibition from the docs.
