tabs in case.py and loader.py #470

There are two tab characters each in case.py and loader.py.  Not a big deal, 
but our source system rejects python files with leading tabs to avoid issues 
we've run into in the past.  It might be nice if they were switched to spaces 
to match the rest of the source.

Specifically, in nose 1.1.2, the lines are:

case.py, line 322 and 323
loader.py, line 532 and 533
