Specifying starting level #18

It would be nice in the next release of Quadra to put back in the feature
that allows players to start at any level that they choose. It would be
good for me since I can practice at higher levels to improve my Quadra skills.

Quadra has this feature, you just have to start a local multiplayer game.
As for implementing this feature in single player, well that would not be
fair to everyone else, that uses the high score system.
