From RZ***Brandon <bgching@gmail.com> (talking about some modified servers
out there):

Usually such servers also announce the REC/QREC files that matches are (or
have been) recorded to -- so that people may write it down to try to find
later (in the case of interesting/record-breaking games).

I don't think this is from somebody's custom patch. It's been in the code for a
long
while. Maybe somebody got tired of waiting for a release and compiled from
source?

This issue is broken in the latest revision.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Setup a dedicated server. (For example, you could run > "quadra -dedicated
-peace -endtime 1 -record demo")
2. Play and finish a game.
3. Wait for the server to start a new game.

There is no announcement that of the recording for a new game. However, if you
set an admin option and give the dedicated server the password, you do get the
announcement.
