Rich Nagel reported the following:
Folks,
I seem tp be having a problem runing the new Quadra version 1.2.0rc5
under Windows 98 SE. Although I'm no programmer, I might actually be
of assistance with this one <G>.
Here's the error message that I get when running the new version of
Quadra:

Error Starting Program
The QUADRA.EXE file is linked to missing export
SHELL32.DLL:SHGetFolderPathA.

I think this has something to do with the following new feature:
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Store high score recordings and configuration file in a user-specific
application data directory, so that non-administrator users can play
on Windows NT/2000/XP.
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
The reason that I think this is the problem (and this might help you
fix it), is that with one of the newer releases of another tet-game
called "LockJaw" I had the same problem.
This directly from LockJaw's release notes:

* PC: If installed.txt is in the same folder as the program, ignores
the current directory and stores all writable files to the user's
application data folder (bug 0091).
