cursor blinking in full screen #9

In full screen mode on Mac OS X, with the SDL version, the cursor is either
invisible, or blinks erratically.

I'll check that out, seems to be SDL-Mac specific (no blinking on Windows)

I have this feeling this may be a bug in SDL, unfortunately. I also have a 
feeling
that playing with the video initialization parameters might have an effect.

Fixed: with latest SDL version (1.2.13) cursor is fine on Mac OS, windowed mode 
and 
fullscreen. Tested on iBook G4.
