Write a new utility to sort ProDOS directories alphabetically. Also would be nice to have options to sort by type and then alphabetically within each type.

Preliminary version checked in. Basic testing has been done, but don't trust it yet!!

sortdir seems to work reasonable well. Closing the ticket.
