EMAIL: Integrate with DATE65.SYSTEM #15

Would be handy to be able to quickly call DATE65.SYSTEM and set the date and then return to EMAIL.SYSTEM.

OA-D in EMAIL.SYSTEM invokes DATE65.SYSTEM to set the date. When called this way DATE65.SYSTEM will call EMAIL.SYSTEM on exit.
