EMAIL: Option to remember mailbox sort order #17

Would be useful to remember < or > sort order, either globally or per-mailbox.

Implemented very simple preferences system using the text file EMAIL.PREFS to preserve prefs between runs.

Right now the sort order of the mailboxes (ascending/descending) is the only pref.
