POP65: Decode inline encodings in subject line #27

It would be nice to be able to decode the inline quoted-printable and Base64 encodings in subject lines. Eg: =?UTF-8?Q?

Started implementing this in the develop branch. It works in the email summary, but not in the email pager yet.

Still thinking about how best to handle this when replying or forwarding.

This is now fully implemented in the develop branch. Seems to work alright.
