Crashes on initial bank detection. Seems to be a hardware issue but would be great if we can work around it!

Waiting for my RAM2E 8MB card to arrive to be able to reproduce this.

Seems this does not happen with a slower oscillator (4MHz instead of 13MHz), so it is looking like a hardware issue.

Confirmed working in my //e at 13MHz with UltraWarp in slot 4 and Garrett's Workshop RAM2E 8MB card in aux slot.

Not a software bug.
