This seems to be working. Checked into develop branch.
I removed this feature because it was the straw that broke the camels back for memory usage! Instead, I made the 'D' (Delete) and 'U' (Undelete) command auto-advance to the next message, which is quite a convenient way to delete messages in bulk.
This is a better solution because:

Would be really handy for cleaning up Usenet news group folders when we get short of disk space. Right now it is very tedious. Maybe we need a function to mark all messages from current to end as deleted. Will need some serious "Are you sure?" prompting.
