EMAIL: Remember mailbox and selected messages #48

Would be very handy to come back to approximately the same place after invoking an external program.

The current mailbox, first displayed message and selected message index are now preserved in EMAIL.PREFS. This change is implemented in the develop branch.

This means that the current message is remembered when you quit the program and restart it. This also includes calling the helper programs (DATE65, POP65, SMTP65 etc.)
