EDIT: In bad state after OA-Q Quit? #64

When quitting EDIT.SYSTEM with OA-Q, it leaves the sytem in a bad state. This is shown by the fact that as subsequent Ctrl-Reset boot crashes to the monitor. It is also causing A2osX to fail to reload if EDIT.SYSTEM is loaded from A2osX shutdown.
