Synthesized by needs to be associated with bigrams and attachments. Initially the Synthesized by term(s) associated with bigram will be copies of the taxonomy terms applied to the featured image for the post. In the future, when there are multiple images associated with a bigram then the value will vary by image.

These taxonomies should be displayed on the form displayed to submit bigram. I want to be able to select from existing values for supplied-by and synthesised-by by using the logic already implemented for the category taxonomy.
