Update code and PHPUnit tests to run without problems in PHP 8.1 and 8.2

Field-block-for-ACF-PRO v1.0.0 contains the first change to support PHP 8.1 and PHP 8.2 Closing for now, though I believe that the continuation of the development of PHPUnit tests may lead to more changes being necessary.
