Implement updates catering for Gutenberg 10.2.x, 10.3.x and 10.4.0 #60

There were a few new blocks and variations in Gutenberg 10.2 and 10.3. In order to document these I need to be able to demonstrate their use in existing template / template-parts.

A couple of the new blocks / variations only work on archive pages and don't do anything when used in a block CPT.
Some of them replace original logic supported by shortcodes
- Query Title & Archive variation
- Term Description
Other blocks will benefit from other changes
- Template part Header variation
- Template part Footer variation

Styling of my own pagination no longer works properly with GB 10.4.0 Need to check where it went wrong. It's OK on GB10.0.2 on live. These should all be inline.

It looks like I've broken it in my local development environment. Maybe I should update the live site, but not the theme.

Problem appears to be that wpautop() is being run. So the improvement to template-part.php to remove wpautop() processing hasn't made it into GB 10.4.0 Until such as time as it has, I'll need to reinstate my logic in the Fizzie template-part override.
