Replace [post-edit] shortcode by sb-post-edit-block #71

Now that sb-post-edit-block v0.1.1 is available, I have to implement the block in the following themes: Fizzie, SB, ThisIs ( already done?) and Wizzie.

[ ] Replace [post-edit] by the default version of the block 
[ ] Change the className on the metadates template part to allow the section to be styled using CSS flex
[ ] Remove the logic to expand the shortcode.
