While testing a child theme created from a combination of Fizzie and Twenty Twenty-Two, where Fizzie provides the templates and template parts and Twenty Twenty-Two provides the theme.json file I got a load of messages about not being able to find template parts.
Proposed solution
To resolve this remove the "theme":"fizzie" attributes from template-part blocks.
