Create a 404 page that's aware of failing links. #16

Implement a solution for the 404 page similar to that for the search page.

The wording on the page should begin "So basically..."

It would be nice if there were links to S-word and B-word found in the query displayed in addition to the the counts of the number of instances rather than just the words.
