Footer menu styled incorrectly on wordpress-seo.wp.a2z #22

On most subdomains the menu displayed below the footer widgets is styled rather like the top menu. On wordpress-seo.wp.a2z it's styled differently. Why?

A. It's because no footer menu has been assigned. The order should be: Home, Blog, Sitemap, Sites

I’ve been through the sites and they’re OK now. This may be unrelated but Jetpack was really slow yesterday.
