The current version of oik-batch.php is set to 0.8.7 The current version of oik-wp.php is set to 0.0.3

WordPress can't handle mismatched versions between two plugins delivered in the same plugin. So we need to do something about it.

Remove plugin header from oik-batch.php and set oik-wp.php to the correct version.
Set both to the same version

Also need to keep files in the libs folder in sync with oik-libs and other plugins

Both files are now at v0.9.1
