In the first version of WP-a2z the subdomain core.wp-a2z.org excluded the files for "Hello Dolly" and the 'default' theme files. When building locally using a list of files from the Git repository the plugin and theme files are being listed. They should be excluded from the API reference for the core.
Should really find out how the build for 4.4.2 and higher doesn't deliver the earlier themes.
Having seen the recent blog post from Ryan Boren about the WordPress release process it looks like "find out how the build for 4.4.2..." works might be a tricky task.
