Requirements

Display a Search form
Implement a block equivalent to the [bw_search] shortcode

Proposed solution

New block oik-block/search - Search form
Implemented as a dynamic block for server side rendering
No need for any parameters
Does not need to call bw_search from oik-bob-bing-wide
It can just use get_search_form()

The block to be added to the list of experimental blocks in #16.

Note that a Search block has also been written for Gutenberg 5.1. The Gutenberg block doesn’t appear to make use of the existing core functionality. I don’t know why.

The Search block is now part of the oik-bob-bing-wide plugin. There's also the core/search block.
