Icon for description list badly displayed in CSV block #35

While updating the blocks for WooCommerce I noticed that the description list icon in the CSV block's toolbar was incorrectly formatted. It was too big.

Investigate where this went wrong. Maybe it just needs a rebuild with Gutenberg 8.2.x

This is now fixed... in the oik-bbw/csv block delivered in the oik-bob-bing-wide plugin.
