Add logic to report FSE Block editing related statistics

Looking at the trace shutdown report I realised that a number of things that could easily be counted were missing.

Requirements

• Add some more potentially useful counts
  • Blocks registered ( dynamic, static and variations )
  • Patterns registered
  • Shortcodes registered

Also consider:

• Template parts rendered
• Blocks rendered
• Adjust Plugins loaded to take into account plugins deactivated by oik-unloader
• And vice-versa ?
