Compatibility with oik v3.2.1 #21

In oik v3.2.1 some .inc files have been deprecated in favour of .php files. oik-clone should be updated to use the .php files.

Certain parts of oik-clone have been PHPUnit tested with oik v3.3.7. That’s how it’s been implemented in live sites. This can now be closed.
