Update oik-clone admin MultiSite tab to use on wp-a2z.org

For blocks.wp-a2z.org, with oik-loader's functionality, it should now be possible to have a complete catalogue of working blocks, including those from JetPack and WooCommerce. I need to be able to clone the oik-plugins, block and block example posts from the source site to blocks.wp-a2z.org.

Requirement

• To be able to select the post type being listed - to reduce the number of posts to a sensible number.
• To be able to Import new or Update without getting any Warnings.
• To be able to page through the displayed list.

Proposed solution

• [x] Add post type select list for the MultiSite tab
• [x] Fix problems with message from within wp_slash called by `oik_clone_insert_post().
• [ ] Fix any problems with pagination.
• [ ] Optionally, I tried calling the new field post_type but WordPress baulked - producing Cannot load oik_clone. Why did it do that?

I just tested the Import functionality from blocks.wp.a2z to core.wp.a2z. Query Monitor reported a Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array

Looks like it's the old taxonomy term name problem again.

Not closing, even though oik-clone v2.0.0 has been released.
