When I cloned the SB Chart Block I noticed a 500 server error while attempting to clone the related page 43554.

43554 exists, it's basically rubbish, but I don't know why clone thinks it's related to this content. So we need to investigate why it's choosing this.

Workaround

Don't bother cloning 43554
Tidy up that post.

43554 is a page that contains wp:navigation and wp:navigation-link blocks. It was created on 20 December 2019.

The Documentation home page field was set to this page.
I've updated it to None.

The links do actually work. Quite a few of them appear as rubbish since the titles contain the [oik] shortcode, which has been expanded to <span class"=bw_oik"><abbr title="OIK Information Kit">oik</abbr></span>
