Extend the [clone] shortcode, proposed in Issue #5, to allow an authorised user to select the posts to be cloned and to clone the content without applying an update.
Requirements
For posts where updates have been made since last cloned there should be a checkbox alongside it.
At the bottom of the list there should be a Clone button.
The user selects the checkboxes of the posts to be cloned and clicks on the Clone button.
This submits the form which is then handled by the [clone] shortcode.
Use the form= parameter to control whether or not the form should be displayed
Default value form=y for users with the authority to perform cloning.
