In my Full Site Editing themes Fizzie and thisis, I need to be able to support the functionality of the [cloned] and [clone] shortcodes in order to clone content from the source system to the target system.
Requirements
To only be able to see the cloned output on the source site
To only be able to clone from the source site
To not have to edit the template parts just to remove the [cloned] and [clone] shortcodes from the target site
Support a WPMS network where oik-clone is not activated in some sites
Proposed solution
[x] Disable the shortcodes when OIK_APIKEY is not set.
[ ] Convert the shortcodes to SSR blocks
[ ] Implement very simple blocks for the editor, just so that they can be inserted into templates or template parts.
Perhaps the easiest way to create the new blocks is to copy sb-post-edit-block
OR create a new SSR starter block plugin called sb-starting-block

On a single installation where OIK_APIKEY is not set in wp-config.php
On a WPMS installation where OIK_APIKEY is not set in wp-config.php
