The solution for Issue bobbingwide/oik-types#2 will allow plugins to indicate the post_type_supports values that they deal with. Rather than piggy backing on Jetpack's publicize option we should define our own one for cloning... clone.
Proposed Solution
[x] The code should be updated to reflect the change from publicize to clone
[x] the plugin should respond to filter "oik_post_type_supports" with 'clone' => "Clone"
[x] The function oik_clone_publicize() should be renamed to oik_clone_clone()
[x] The post type registration for clonable post types should be updated. In some cases we might choose to remove publicize.
