In #9 I added logic to support transforms between blocks.
I documented this in an unpublished post. https://s.b/oikcom/block_example/css-to-geshi/
When I edited the post the transform to CSS and GeSHi was available for preformated and code
But the transforms between CSS and GeSHi wasn't available.

Why not?

I believe it's because I've already converted from oik-block/css to oik-css/css and from oik-block/geshi to oik-css/geshi. Maybe I didn't write the conversion between the two block types!
